Having a limit of swipes for each level makes each one seem more challenging.

Each level has up to three stars for completion, making you want to replay each one until you get all three stars.

Game Details:

Early Bird is a little bit Angry Birds, a little bit golf and a whole lot of fun for all ages.

The goal is to get your bird to land on a target, but instead of the familiar slingshot magazine, you’ll need to swipe the screen in order to help the bird land.  Two things make this really interesting and challenging.

For starters, you can “double swipe,” meaning while the bird is in the air, you can swipe again to have him start a new trajectory.  Early level gives helpful clues, such as bug arrangements, as to helpful trajectories.

The second interesting thing about Early Birds is the limit on number of swipes you get for each level.  They’re not unreasonable at all, but it makes players really concentrate and think about each swipe they’re making.

The simple control scheme makes Early Bird accessible and enjoyable even for preschoolers.  The targets are big enough in the early levels that nearly all players will be able to have early success as well.
