Family Friendliness: Dance games may be the ultimate family equalizer, and Everybody Dance for PlayStation Move seems to combine all the greatest elements from the most popular Wii and Kinect dancing games, and add even more value on top of it.  With the power to host 20-person tournaments and more, we think Everybody Dance might be the first dance game that does everything right.  We highly recommend Everybody Dance as the perfect game for any family looking to let loose, whether just with themselves or with friends.

Highlights:
- 20 player tournament mode is a great way to play during a party or large gathering.

- Customizable dance routines are great fun to create and replay.

Lowlights:
- T Rating is based on lyrics, so be careful playing with kids younger than 13.  But if you're okay with them listening to some of the songs, or can avoid the few songs that are questionable, Everybody Dance is fine for tweens and even older kids.

Game Details:

This all-new dance game for PlayStation Move is able to bring together the best of other popular dance titles, as well as add cool new features like a 20-player tournament or a Dance Party mode where you can simply set the time limit and have the game generate a playlist for you. Great for middle-schoolers and up.

Everybody Dance requires the PS3 Move system, which includes a camera and a special motion-sensing controller.  Dancing along is simple, all you need to do is hold the Move controller in your right hand and attempt to match the moves of the on-screen dancers.

In Dance Now mode, you can select one of 40 popular songs to move along with.  Two players can play side-by-side.

But there are a couple of modes that really set Everybody Dance apart from other dance games.

The first is the 20-player Party mode.  Since often games like these are played in a party or social setting, this is an easy way to let up to 20 friends and family compete in an ongoing tournament, where players compete across a number of different rounds.  It’s easy to add and remove players on the fly, too.

The Dance Creator routine is another very cool way to add your own touch and customization.  If you choose to do so, you can have the PlayStation Move camera record your dance moves to each song, and later have you or your friends play along to the routine you’ve created.

The game is rated T for Teen, but that's a function of certain song lyrics necessitating that rating.  If you're comfortable with your kids listening to these songs and they're younger than 13, they absolutely can enjoy Everybody Dance, we think.
