Flick Football is an American soccer App that is simple to learn and hard to put down.  The game puts you in the shoes of an International soccer star from the country of your choosing, and presents you with the opportunity to put the ball in the net from a variety of penalty kick situations.  To kick the ball, you simply slide your finger up, aiming the ball where you want to go.  By hooking your shooting motion, you can also make the ball curve, which comes in handy when you are presented with a wall of defenders between you and the net.

Flick Football offers two different modes.  The first is a sudden death mode which challenges you to make as many consecutive standard penalty kicks in a row as possible.  The second is the “vs. the clock mode” which asks you to make a variety of progressively more difficult shots in a certain amount of time.  On each attempt, a bonus target is placed in the goal, ready to reward you with extra time, points, or even simpler penalty kicks.

We really enjoyed Flick Football as a fun diversion, that kids and adults alike can play and enjoy.  It is simple to play yet difficult to master, making Flick Football the perfect App for mindless fun and competition, especially for those who can’t get football (soccer) off their minds.
