E 10+
Release Date: January 30, 2007
Game System: Xbox 360
Publisher: Microsoft Game Studios

Family Friendly Video Games Approved
Family Friendliness:

Ultimately, Fuzion Frenzy 2 is catered toward older kids, with lots of mini-games that highlight kicking, shooting or pushing your opponents in order to win.  If you’re okay with this style of aggressive gameplay, then the variety of games make it a choice that’s good for at least a few nights of family entertainment.

Highlights:

-- A decent amount of mini-games were unlocked immediately, making it easy to jump right in.

-- Colorful characters are easy-to-identify, even if the backgrounds and rest of the overall look and feel of the game is very dark.

Lowlights:

-- Lots of emphasis on mini-games that involve lots of kicking, battling and pushing other players.  It’s not overly violent, but it’s definitely on the aggressive side.

-- Tutorials for each mini-game (and the how the controls work) are only written, and sometimes tough to understand.

Game Details:

Fuzion Frenzy 2 was designed to be a “party game,” the kind of game that’s fun for people to play together.  Various mini-games utilize the different action buttons on the Xbox 360 controller differently.

You can either play in a capture-the-planet style mode, or jump straight into the mini-games to battle it out.

Ultimately, Fuzion Frenzy 2 is catered toward older kids, with lots of mini-games that highlight kicking, shooting or pushing your opponents in order to win.  However, it’s not bloody and gory, and if you’re okay with this type of aggressive play, then the variety of games make it a choice that’s good for at least a few nights of family entertainment.
