Designed to highlight heath, fitness and manners, Sesame Street Ready Set Grover is an ideal game for preschoolers to learn important life concepts aside from numbers and letters.  The controls are tailor-made for preschoolers, and kids will love being able to jump, tilt and move around with Elmo, Grover, Abby and more.

Highlights:
- Controls and content are all geared towards preschoolers, with no pointing of the Wii-mote necessary and clear verbal and visual instrucations.

- Parental controls let parents monitor the amount of playtime for each profile, and also limit the number of mini-games that can be played.

- We love how Ready Set Grover teaches kids habits about healthy living and choices.
Lowlights:
- As a game designed for pre-schoolers, if there are somehow older kids present in the room when this game is being played, they'll likely get very bored.

Game Details:

Sesame Street: Ready Set Grover is aimed at preschoolers and helps promote the development of healthy habits for life through fun, interactive games with your favorite Sesame Street characters.

In the game, which comes equipped with specially designed Grover-themed gameplay helpers, Grover sets out to create a series of challenges designed to help his Sesame Street friends get up and go.  Through the course of the game, Elmo and Abby jump over obstacles, row a boat, and play “Grover Says,” all while learning important life lessons on healthy habits to grow with. Through their adventures, the game promotes physical activity, good nutrition, personal hygiene, and the importance of rest and relaxation.

In addition to healthy habits, Ready Set Grover also encourages the development of other important skills such as counting, shape and color identification, classification, and listening comprehension.

Previous Sesame Street games like Elmo's A to Zoo Adventure and Cookie's Counting Carnival have been great for pre-schoolers, and Ready Set Grover seems is another fine educational game for families.
