Santa Claus is a Coming to Town is a very cool re-creation of the classic stop-motion holiday special.  Players take on the role of Kris Kringle and follow his story, from his adoption in the woods to his jailing by Burgermeister Meisterburger for giving out toys.

The game is played by moving Kris from left to right using the d-pad on the Wii-mote, and pressing the A button to perform jumps or double jumps.    From time to time, Kris will also need to give out to toys he encounters along the way.

The controls of Santa Claus is Coming to Town for Wii are very simple and accessible even for preschoolers.  The gameplay is pretty basic, so older kids may quickly tire of the repetitive levels.  Santa Claus is Coming to Town is a great game to play around Christmas time to help get the whole family in the Christmas Spirit.
